Mr. Upadhyay, has experience of over 28 years experience in the areas of Management Consulting, Risk Advisory & Assurance, Audit of Public Sector / Govt. Companies, Private Sectors Companies / Insurance Companies, Audit of Societies & NGOs and other Clients as well as Internal Audit of various types of clients.
He has also conducted the Audit on behalf Funding Agencies such as European Commission, World Food Program, World Bank, Department of International Development & WFP Canadian Grant, Preparation of Project Reports and their vatings from SEBI and PNB Caps (Lead Manager of Public Issue). He has vast experiance in the field of Domestic and International Taxation such as representing Income tax cases, handling Scrutiny Assessment and other Taxation Works for Corporate and Non Corporate Clients.
