A Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Law degree. Madhu specializes in setting up businesses in India and abroad, mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, and related services.
Her professional experience spans diverse industries, working with clients in power generation, aviation, media, beauty, education, finance, real estate, sports, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, and environmental solutions. Mr Malhotra is a senior Advocate, having experience of 35 years in the field of Taxation and Corporate matters. He has been an active speaker at key national and international event and regularly addresses major tax forums. With more than three decades of tax, transfer pricing and regulatory consulting experience, He is well-known and sought-after for his professional insights and guidance on various tax and regulatory issues and trends in India.
He has advised clients across sectors, especially manufacturing, Real estate, hospitality, shipping, transport and logistics, information technology, consumer goods and engineering, on a plethora of tax, transfer pricing and regulatory issues.
